Creating positive impact in our global communities

Since our founding in 2002, we have remained steadfast in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We have consistently sought to strengthen our alliances with local organizations that share our dedication to community well-being.

Through donations, community service, and volunteering opportunities, we supported more than 1,200 nonprofit organizations in 2025, working together to reduce disparities and enhance access to vital resources within our global communities. Our efforts extend to encompass a range of causes, including support for local food banks, relief agencies, programs aimed at empowering at-risk youth, and educational institutions.

Doing our part
as a global citizen

Within the Huron community, we recognize the inherent responsibility to leverage our resources and expertise to drive positive change in our communities and beyond. Anchoring our philanthropic endeavors is our Huron Helping Hands (HHH) program, which serves as the foundation of our giving initiatives. This program guides and aligns our actions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that most notably impact our business and mission.

Huron’s Day of Service

On May 16, 2025, more than 4,200 Huron employees worked with organizations around the globe to participate in 141 community service events in more than 90 different locations! Watch the recap video.

Our Day of Service impact

Supporting health and well-being

An important initiative for Huron is fostering a supportive workplace culture that emphasizes mental health awareness and resources. One organization aligned with that mission is the Movember Foundation, whose goal is to change the face of men’s health by investing in mental health and suicide prevention and the treatment of prostate and testicular cancers. Each year, we come together to support the Movember Foundation by hosting events and raising funds. In November 2025, more than 550 employees joined Huron’s Movember team and raised over $53,000 by participating in a virtual Movember 5K, selling apparel with proceeds going directly to Movember, and sharing mental health resources. Since 2015, we have raised over $200,000 for Movember.

In September 2025, more than 350 employees came together for Huron Cares: Mental Health and Crisis Intervention, dedicating Suicide Prevention Month to raising awareness and strengthening support for mental well-being. Across eight global events, teams participated in thoughtfully curated initiatives such as Wear Teal Week, workplace well-being sessions, and iMatter team Circle of Support forums, fostering open dialogue and proactive outreach.

Throughout the month, employees shared inspirational stories, completed more than 140 activities through the well-being challenge, and supported three beneficiary organizations (Stop Soldier Suicide, Movember Foundation, and Trevor Project), reinforcing our commitment to reducing stigma and helping those in crisis. Colleagues also recognized one another with over 100 appreciation notes, further demonstrating our culture of belonging.

This collective effort aligned with our corporate social responsibility strategy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, creating meaningful impact across our communities.

We are passionate about supporting opportunities to close the gender gap, particularly in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) areas, and supporting women to achieve their full potential. As part of our commitment, Huron supports the American Cancer Society ResearcHERS campaign, which funds women-led cancer research projects and helps sustain women in STEM careers.

Huron has also been a supporter of the American Heart Association’s STEM Goes Red event in Chicago for 10 years in a row. In 2025, the event hosted over 180 high school students from the Chicagoland area. During the workshop, Huron employees served as mentors and hosted a workshop to help participants learn more about best practices for using artificial intelligence (AI), equipping them with valuable insights as AI rapidly advances and becomes more widely recognized.

In 2025, Huron collaborated with Sankalp India Foundation, an organization dedicated to eradicating thalassemia and supporting children with life-threatening blood disorders. Through this collaboration, we helped fund lifesaving bone marrow transplants for 25 children, while the foundation provided counseling for families and ran nationwide awareness and donor registry programs.

The organization’s mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of financial background, receives timely and advanced medical treatment.

Working with our clients to advance good health and well-being

At Huron, we believe deeply in our clients' missions, and our work is rooted in purpose. We work side by side with organizations that care about people, communities, and lasting impact, helping them turn vision into meaningful action. By listening closely, building trusted relationships, and applying our deep expertise, we help our clients advance their missions and deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities and people they support.

We serve as fundraising advisers to Huron’s client, the POLG Foundation, a European-based nonprofit dedicated to ending mitochondrial polymerase gamma (POLG) diseases. POLG disorders, while rare, affect one of the most fundamental structures of the human body.

By supporting the foundation’s innovative fundraising strategy, we assist in accelerating critical research that has the potential to inform treatments for POLG disorders and for a wide range of complex illnesses, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, bipolar disorder, and certain cancers. Together with the global scientific community, the POLG Foundation is advancing knowledge, building vital research tools, and sharing discoveries, and we are grateful to play a role in helping this important work reach more scientists, clinicians, and patients around the world.

Additionally, Huron participates in the annual BellRinger Ride in support of the Georgetown University Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. Each year, our colleagues come together to raise funds that support lifesaving cancer research, patient care, and prevention programs.

Through this effort, Huron helps advance Georgetown’s mission by contributing time, energy, and resources toward meaningful service that supports patients, families, and the broader community.

Promoting quality education
and innovation

We firmly believe in the transformative power of education to drive economic and community development. Leveraging our experience supporting mission-oriented organizations across the education, research, and nonprofit sectors, we work to help advance their missions and create lasting impact for the communities they serve.

In our commitment to education and ensuring access to quality learning, we actively support organizations such as Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Tutoring Chicago, and Reach Out and Read/Reach Out and Read of Greater New York. We engage through internship programs, volunteer tutoring, book drives, and educational events.

Study Program

Samabhavana is an organization committed to empowering underprivileged children through science, innovation, and experiential learning. In partnership with Samabhavana, Huron funded the establishment of Mini Science and Tinkering Lab infrastructure in Bangalore, including equipment and teacher training, to support the organization’s STEM programs. These programs equip students with hands‑on skills in robotics, electronics, programming, and model‑based science education. The Tinkering Lab was inaugurated on Dec. 19, 2025.

Agaram Foundation strives to bridge the gap between deserving students and access to quality education while promoting child protection, gender equality, and holistic learning through innovative and impactful programs. Working with Agaram Foundation, Huron supported efforts to provide equal educational opportunities to underprivileged children across Tamil Nadu. Through this collaboration, Huron funded five students for a full academic year, covering academic, residential, and holistic development needs to support their long-term educational and personal success.

One School at a Time (OSAAT) is a nongovernmental organization that works to improve the quality of education in rural India by building safe, functional, and inspiring school infrastructure. Through its focus on rebuilding and strengthening government schools, OSAAT helps remove barriers to education and create better learning environments for deserving students. In collaboration with OSAAT, Huron supported the construction of classrooms at the Government Model Higher Primary School, contributing to improved educational facilities for students in the local community.

Noida Deaf Society (NDS) is a leading organization in India dedicated to nurturing, mentoring, training, and educating deaf children and young adults. Focused on creating inclusive opportunities, NDS empowers the deaf community through high‑quality education, skill development, and vocational training that support independent and fulfilling lives. In partnership with NDS, Huron funded ongoing program delivery by supporting recurring costs, including salaries for trainers, disability educators, interpreters, and program coordinators, as well as stipends, meals, and statutory fees.

Delivering on our promise of
decent work and economic growth

Michigan Prep: For seven consecutive years, the Black Alliance iMatter (BAiM) team has collaborated with the Michigan Ross Preparation Initiative to deliver an interactive learning experience for students. The 2025 program featured a distinguished partnership that welcomed more than 20 University of Michigan undergraduates to Huron’s New York office for an immersive career trek. The initiative, designed for students pursuing candidacy in the Michigan Ross bachelor of business administration program, aims to provide rigorous academic preparation and professional development opportunities. Throughout the day, Huron professionals offered comprehensive insights into current roles and future career pathways within the organization. The event concluded with a structured networking session, fostering meaningful connections between Michigan Prep participants and Huron employees.

Professional clothing drive: Each year, the Women Alliance
iMatter team organizes its professional clothing drive to assist in the skills development and employment search for those in need in our local communities. In 2025, the drive resulted in the donation of nearly 1,400 professional clothing items. The drive has various beneficiaries across the globe and serves as an opportunity for
Huron employees to connect with organizations and residents in their local communities.
