A letter from leadership

Dear stakeholders,

At Huron, our values guide not only the quality and impact of the work we deliver to clients but also how we treat our people and support our communities. This responsibility is integral to how we build trust and create long‑term value with each of our stakeholders.

Over the past year, we made meaningful progress in reducing our environmental impact, strengthening inclusion and belonging, and supporting community organizations where our people live and work. Our 2025 corporate social responsibility report outlines this progress. While we still have work to do, we remain committed to steady improvement and transparency.

2025 was also a year of solid organic growth, as well as acquisitions that strengthened our company. We welcomed six new organizations to Team Huron, adding talent and capabilities that enhance how we serve clients. As we integrate these teams, we strive to preserve what makes each organization unique while strengthening our culture through shared values and a sense of belonging.

Our culture, standards, and commitment to ensuring everyone feels respected and supported remain central to who we are. These SDGs include those addressing good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, and climate action. While we acknowledge the collective importance of all 17 SDGs in the pursuit of a better world by 2030, we have prioritized these specific areas to influence the unique strengths of our business and deliver maximum impact to our clients, people, and shareholders. This report will highlight our momentum to build a more sustainable and inclusive society.

Sustainable Development Goals commitment

Corporate social responsibility governance

We follow rigorous governance standards and practices that encompass the company's CSR-related activities, programs, and initiatives. Huron's board of directors maintains oversight of the company's CSR-related efforts through dedicated committees. Specifically, the Nominating & Corporate Governance (N&CG) committee oversees CSR and sustainability matters. This committee regularly receives reports from management regarding our responsible corporate actions and our investments in our people and communities. You can find additional information about each committee’s responsibilities in our 2025 proxy statement and on the investor relations section of our website.

Our leadership team works closely with the board and our Enterprise & Risk Management (ERM) Committee to address risks and oversee our global sustainability priorities. We address these priorities with our employees in quarterly meetings, providing updates on our journey and our contributions to societal goals.

The ERM Committee, composed of executive leaders and key officers, guides our management of sustainability-related risks. The ERM Committee uses a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to anticipate, identify, prioritize, and manage significant risks to our strategic objectives and oversees business, operational, and financial risks, including those related to operational continuity, human resources, data security, and IT integrity. The ERM Committee, the executive leadership team, and the CSR working group collaborate on implementing CSR programs and initiatives in support of the enterprise strategy and to fulfill the objectives supported by the N&CG Committee. The CSR working group holds day-to-day responsibility for managing climate-related issues. This team includes representatives from multiple departments, such as human resources, legal, and marketing. The group also leads public reporting on social and environmental topics. With the support of these committees and working
groups, we were able to publish our company's first Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Report.

Stakeholder engagement

At Huron, we actively seek input and feedback from our stakeholders on CSR-related topics unique to our business and that matter most to them. We have included additional details about our 2022 comprehensive assessment of our CSR priorities in the appendix of this report.
